Antique Victorian 1900s Red and Black Striped Dress

Antique late 1800's/ early 1900's cotton dress. Bright red with thick black vertical stripes. High collar, dramatic lapels, boned bodice, long flowing skirt. So many beautiful details like the hand sewing on the inside and the glass buttons at the wrists. The material is in good condition except for the inside lining is pretty torn and fragile(please see photos) but you can't tell when the dress is completely buttoned up. There are a few holes/tears and some small stains but overall in good antique condition .There are some hooks/eyes that need to be replaced and the glass button at the neck is broken. .
