Heavier cold-weather “Right as Rain” style Joules rain coat with upper body plush fleece inner lining and inner hood, quilted/lightly padded lower lining, lined sleeves, waterproof shell, adjustable toggle waist, hood and storm-style closure. Full zipper and buttons. Two roomy front pockets. A couple almost imperceptible marks (see photo). Worn 2-3 times (fleece is still smooth and not matted). Unfortunately too heavy and warm for California!
