Womens size XS, please see garment measurements below--likely will fit many 0's, 2's and maybe some 4's. Style number BL090. Retail $118 The tie is attached and also is essentially a band collar, center front 'pearl' buttons, intricate lace panel along with pintuck detailing. Beautiful light feminine delicate top. Looks much more expensive than it is. Approximate garment measurements: Armpit to armpit flat across=18.5", Length (top center of shoulder straight down to hem)=21.5", Sleeve length-23". 55% cotton, 45% viscose, machine washable.
