Vintage 70s Embroidered Shearling Afghan Penny Lane Coat An incredible vintage genuine sheepskin coat in warm tobacco brown, richly trimmed in naturally curly ivory shearling and finished with ochre-gold folk embroidery. The kind of piece that looks collected rather than simply vintage. Cut in a beautifully tailored 27” silhouette with a nipped shape, long lean sleeves + angled hip pockets. Graphic embroidered borders trace the neckline, front, pockets, sleeves and hem, while the back remains beautifully restrained with delicate folk detailing. Fully lined in dense cream shearling with the natural fleece exposed along the edges + cuffs. Feels distinctly 70s European — part Afghan folk coat, part Penny Lane, with an almost artisanal alpine quality.
