mrconn25@mgreen5228 According to Google, a Filson wool jacket requires a heavy-duty, post-style (rivet) snap fastener with a ring-spring mechanism. The suggested method of fixing is by sending back to them with a 4-8 week turnaround. My husband didn’t want to wait that long for something that wasn’t material. Hope that helps.
