Pair Antique Victorian Hand Painted Porcelain Handled Cake Server Plates Floral Vintage. Set of 2 late Victorian / early 20th-century molded porcelain handled cabinet serving platters. Features delicate hand-painted floral motifs, raised relief leaf molding along the rims, double openwork handles, and subtle gilt highlighting. Crafted from thin, lightweight translucent porcelain characteristic of turn-of-the-century German and Bavarian imports. Plate 1: Features a central pink and yellow floral spray with relief acanthus leaves and molded handles (measures approx. 11" W x 1.5" H). Plate 2: Features white daisies on a butter-yellow satin glazed rim with scroll detail and open handles (measures approx. 9.5" W x .51" H). Very good antique condition. No major cracks or chips detected. Displays light age-appropriate wear to the hand-painted details and gold rim gilding. Some marks on the top side of one of the plates. Minor factory pinpoint firing dots on the underside.
