It’s stretchy, soft velour feel with rhinestone Bling, quilting on front & Sparkle zipper. The zipper pull has 3 big rhinestones. It’s just a beautiful vest you can wear anytime including Christmas, Valentines and July 4. The bling is not overdone, just enough! Excellent New Condition! No defects noted! I have the white Christmas shirts listed also. They are listed Large, but the P2P is 25”…bigger than the vest, but of course they don’t stretch. Y108
