This vintage carnival chalkware doll is a rare find, perfect for collectors of unique and unusual items. “Carnival chalk” refers to chalkware figures given out as carnival game prizes during the first half of the 20th century, especially during World War II. The figure itself is in good condition with some chippy paint and fading due to age. Please see photos. On the bottom someone wrote in delicate cursive, “Bob won this at the carnival May 21, 1949.” Add this one-of-a-kind piece to your collection today!
