They recall significant moments from 'America's favorite pastime'. For many fans, they represent a simpler time and provide a tangible connection to their team's legacy. This vintage classic white pinstripe jersey with a white background color features a navy vertical pinstriping detail, red, white, and navy trim. A v-neckline with red number '16' and 'SL' details for sporty style. The tag is dated from mid 70s to mid 80s based on style and logo. Produced by Wilson, a major supplier for professional and amateur teams throughout the 20th century. While "SL" often stands for St. Louis, this specific design does not match the standard Major League Baseball (MLB) St. Louis Cardinals uniforms of that era. It's probable that this is a minor league jersey as many smaller teams used MLB-style initials like "SL" for their local city or school name. Wilson was a prolific manufacturer for high school and collegiate programs. This is a vintage men's size 38, which translates to a modern men's size slim medium or small.
