This is a great travel backpack from Osprey, especially if you are a one bagger. The straps and waist belt tuck away in the back and you can add your own strap if you wanted to carry it over the shoulder (I don't think it came with a strap like that but it has places to attach one). It does not meet all carry on standards for the tiny airlines but I've never been asked to gate check in and even fully stuffed it will fit under the seat in front of you. Fair warning, if you pack it full you will look and feel like a turtle while wearing it but the ease of not dragging a suitcase on transit and through a city was always a tradeoff I was willing to make. Multiple inner and outer pockets, along with a padded laptop sleeve against your back. The color looks grey on some light and green in others. I have it listed as women's but it's a backpack, anyone can wear it. I'm pretty sure I purchased it from ebags and I am the original owner. From a smoke free, pet friendly home.
