Offered is a lovely antique Italian micro mosaic brooch dating to the 1920s. This round brooch measures features an intricate hand-laid floral mosaic composed of tiny glass tesserae. The center displays a dense millefiori-style floral cluster in vibrant reds, blues, whites, and yellows, surrounded by turquoise glass segments and a colorful geometric checker border. The setting is brass with a classic rope twist edge. The reverse is stamped MADE IN ITALY and retains its early C-clasp closure, consistent with turn of the century construction. A charming example of Grand Tour jewelry and a great addition to any antique mosaic collection.
