Rare Vintage Chloé Phoebe Philo Y2K Embellished Bracelet Bag

Rare early-2000s vintage Chloé bracelet bag from the Phoebe Philo era. A truly unusual collector piece featuring brown canvas covered in dramatic silver-tone horn/sword-shaped dangling embellishments, metallic woven trim, and sculptural double ring handles. This is such a special statement bag — almost more like jewelry than a handbag. The Chloé logo is engraved on the handle hardware. CONDITION: FAIR VINTAGE CONDITION. There are numerous missing embellishments throughout, and some of the remaining horn-shaped embellishments are broken/chipped, including pieces that are partially broken.
