Vintage 90s Y2K Whimsigoth Witchy Midi Column Skirt Fall High Waist or Low Rise

This vintage Beechers Brook midi skirt is crafted from a rich black burnout velvet fabric featuring an all-over botanical leaf motif. The column pencil style silhouette has a clean waistband, and a single side slit to allow for comfortable movement. Can be worn as a high rise style of low waisted. Made in Canada. Reflecting the massive popularity of tactile burnout velvet patterns and minimalist tailoring, this skirt was likely manufactured during the late 1990s or early 2000s Vintage size 10 but can fit a modern size L, M, or S depending on your desired fit.
