Custom Deconstructed Suit Jacket Distressed Mens Blazer Jacket DIY PUNK

This project started out by sourcing an oversized mens jacket of suitable quality. (Moores) Wool with an ornate liner. Jacket was trashed and slashed using a radial cutter. One arm has long vertical cuts to expose the elbow and shirt underneath. Patches around the shoulders etc are distressed to look like a shotgun blast hit the jacket. On the opposite sleeve grey ripstop fabric is tied and woven in for a chaotic checkered look. As well, the collar has been cut and a black cord with 👁 looking buttons was added. A long black zipper was installed on the back. The zipper does function but due to the cut liner some stray threads can be a concern. Jacket comes with its own lavender distressed pocket square as pictured. Overall I am typically a mens large and this provides a generous oversize fit on me 5' 9 185lbs for reference. Custom X and XXX accent stiching is done by hand with embroidery thread. Due to distressing one should expect: loose threads, obvious holes or slashes, some reduced garment life time.
