From a local estate, wished I had some more information about this. I love the tag, definitely appears to be well over 100 years old, Victorian Era. There is a little general wear but this has been well kept over the years, there is a closure at the top as shown. Cape style with no arm holes. Cape style so would fit most people, length is 31” Tag appears to to say salt soult (not sure about the soult could be seal or something else)
