1970's Maximum Psychedelic Embroidered Western Denim Top

Rare and wonderful 1970's Maximum western pearl-snap cut top in a black denim. This piece features the classic fitted pointed collar, two chest flap pockets, and a metal snap button closure and cuffs. Amazing psychedelic beaded and embroidered motifs of two stylized ladies' profiles wearing long, colourful head scarves--featured both front and back. Beautifully constructed, made of 100% cotton denim in a medium-light weight, allowing this to be worn as a shirt or a jacket. Estimated modern size S. Measurements below were taken across lying flat. Shoulders - 14.75" Pit to pit - just shy of 18" Length - 27.5" Excellent vintage condition - a couple of minor pulled threads, but hardly noticeable. All beads and embroidery in tact, denim is soft yet sturdy.
