The Neher Pottery Hand Warmer Mug, also known as "Clay in Motion", is an iconic ergonomically designed ceramic piece handcrafted by potters Bob and Corina Neher at their studio in Milton-Freewater, Oregon. Instead of a traditional handle, it features a built-in, contoured clay pocket. This unique configuration allows you to wrap your fingers directly against the warm surface of the mug, trapping the heat from your beverage to safely warm your hands.
Each mug is hand-thrown from high-density, durable stoneware and finished in a signature glossy, vibrant drip glaze. Every piece is lead-free, cadium-free and contains no PFAs. They are safe for use in the microwave, dishwasher and oven.
CONDITION: Preowned. This piece is in excellent shape, with no cracks, chips, stains or crazing. The glaze is bright and glossy. Please see pictures for more details.
