The block heels are separating from the base on both shoes. I took them to a professional cobbler who diagnosed this as a structural issue requiring reinforcement/resetting. See last image. Same thing happening on both shoes. The patent leather uppers, straps, buckles, and insoles are otherwise in great, clean shape with only light signs of wear. Because they require a professional structural repair to be safely wearable long-term, I have deeply discounted the price.
