Vtg R&M Richards Red Mandarin-Style Women's Jacket Frog Closures Sparkle Knit

Vintage R&M Richards by Karen Kwong Asian-inspired mandarin jacket. Popularized in the late 1980s and 1990s, this textured evening garment features a vibrant red color embedded with a subtle sparkle knit. A short, unfolded stand-up collar common in traditional East Asian attire. It utilizes four decorative, black braided Chinese traditional knot closures along the front centerline. The jacket features black piping along the edges, split side hems for mobility, structural shoulder padding, and an open lower front split below the final knot closure. The jacket features 3 hidden snaps for a smooth front. It is a size 10 in excellent condition. The measurements are 21 inches across the chest, 28" long, 20" hips, 17" neck and the sleeves are 23.75".
