I could not get past the low part of the shaft even though it is supposed to be 11.81" circumference. I've read mixed reviews on the sizing, most say they are true to size, but some say order a half size up because of the pointy toe. I attempted to try them on, but I wear a size 8... I couldn't get my foot past the ankle level of the shaft, where it measures 11.81". So I would say they might best fit a 6.5 or a 7 narrow foot.
