Vintage Mary Frances Beaded Floral Applique Woven Straw hard case Shoulder Bag

Vintage Mary Frances straw shoulder bag. Woven straw body with beaded and lace floral applique on the exterior. Adjustable patterned shoulder strap with brass-tone hardware. Comes with the original certificate of authenticity and a small bag of spare beads, both included. A fun warm-weather bag that works with a sundress, linen set, or beach cover-up. This bag has been Refurbished from a typical peeling vintage state. With a brush and alot of hours of tedious gentle brushing the paint was carefully stripped revealing the bare suede. No dye added, this is the natural color underneath and its beautiful and long lasting. Super rare to find this bag in such condition. The previous owner took very good care of it and the bag structure is excellent however with these painted suede vintage bags the peeling occurs after 20 years or so. The original strap was not with the bag unfortunately so a cross body strap has been added and easily be changed out for a matching leather one from amazon by the buyer.
