Vintage Christmas mantle sitter and/or stocking hanger. Sturdy hard plastic with a "hook" as the teddy bear's foot. This is a bit lightweight and would not hold a filled stocking well but would be very cute as a hanger for an empty stocker, a hot dish mat or an apron. Paint is in good condition, and Santa's face is a great vintage look. Looks like several other people have had this listed as Hallmark in the past, but I can't remember and there is no writing indicating such.
