phyllisz @jazz72 Don't worry about getting into fancy inversions or poses. Start off real basic with some stretches and basic yoga poses. Lots of free online classes, which I save to my phone when I need inspiration. Practice tree pose while your brushing your teeth. I do that every night. Always brushing my teeth on one leg! Lol. It all counts and helps. Even if you can only get a 15 minute practice in every day, you'll feel great.

phyllisz @sandsdawson11 Hi 🙋🏻 I sold you my last dress like that. I don't have anymore. Doesn't it fit? If I did, I would exchange it for you. Sorry. Ouch, spine surgery does not sound fun. Yoga definitely whips you into shape, but I would not advise starting a practice before you check with your doctor. I have been practicing for years. It definitely keeps weight off, and gets you super toned.

phyllisz @sandsdawson11 I swear by yoga. After my daughter was born, I had lots of back pain from carrying her around. Yoga changed all that for me. No back pain, no weight issues. Completely got me back into shape. That is the only form of exercise I do, with the exception of taking my dog on walks. Talk to your doctor before you start yoga. I never had spine surgery or any type of surgery.

phyllisz @lovelyinlife, I know, it is so wonderful to have grown up with my Grandparents. I come from a big Italian family, so we all lived near one another, and grew up together. I also had a very special relationship with my Grandmother. I miss her and my Mom (who I lost last Summer) terribly. But I will always feel blessed to have had these strong wonderful women in my life. They nurtured me. I am a better Mom because of both their influences on me when I was growing up. And TGIF!!!!

I didn't feel comfortable with it, so I never sent anything to her email. Is it regarding a Posh Transaction? I never do any Posh transactions anywhere but on Posh. If it doesn't feel right to you, don't respond, or simply block her.

I'm a transplant to the Jersey Shore. I grew up in Bergen County, and moved down here in 1990. I love living here. Hate the traffic in the Summer, but love the beach. I've never been to Texas. How do you like living there?

phyllisz @carolinarose22 Hi Carolyn 🙋🏻 welcome to Posh, and thank you. I've been a Suggester User for 2 years now. You need to contact Posh Support and ask to be put on the list to become a Suggested User. It takes awhile because they will go thru your closet to make sure you're Posh Compliant.
