To determine the size, is the L-36 or XL-38" measurement taken around mid-breast or rib cage? What is the measurement (length) from the top of shoulder (eg seam) to the elastic bottom of the sports bra since there are no adjustable straps.

@hip2b2 measure the bust, 14” is the XL. If your wife takes a large she should get a an XL Bra
