Early 2000s style Bebe dress. Leather v neck. The rhinestones just catch the light perfectly as the dress moves. In great condition however some of the stitching on the bottom of the dress is coming undone. Not noticeable and an easy fix. Size extra small. Measurements taken while laying flat
