*Note*
These pants are missing one of the 3 front buttons; the original buttons were the gold ones but I recommend getting rid of them all and sewing new ones on for a cohesive look.

what are the waist and hip measurements please? And do the have any stretch?

The circumstances of the waistband/ wist is 26 1/2 inches while the front only is 13 1/8th of an inch. Images are provided.

@summerseana yes there is spandex. I would say 4% so it does stretch well. I can post a video if that helps?
