whisper2238@moshi1972 I don't mind at all. I don't have anyone to really talk to about it that understands the lifestyle. And yeah, these power crunch bars are wafers too and I buy the choc and PB ones. I was 404 lbs in June 2019. Got down to 266 in Feb 2020 but now at 288. 😭 My personal goal is at least to weigh 165 but I'm a really "solid" body... Not so much flab as it is muscle. Not sure that I'll ever be below 200. I'm miles away from what I used to be though. I had to use a motorized scooter!

I ordered some priority mail 12x10x5 boxes and hope that they will meet the poshmark shipping requirements. I certainly do not want to discourage a customer by having the shipment sent back to me for proper postage, etc.

The only way it's clear is if you look at the entire closet and the items that are for not for sale have a banner across the bottom and are marked as such. Lost it all by changing my diet alone. Very little exercise until now - trying to tone up now. I was 404 lbs - diabetic, high blood pressure, fatty liver disease, high cholesterol, acid reflux, chronic back pain, used a motorized scooter. Now, I'm off all prescriptions and in great health! 👍

To get my items on a white background, I specifically use the "magic cutout" feature in the ToolWiz app (under "tools"). I used to spend a lot of hours & energy on matching up backgrounds, adding brand names, etc. trying to be all creative but realized listings just catch the eye & look so much crisper & clean on a white background. Cut out the carbs, sweets, starches, soda, alcohol, etc. Increase your protein, fiber, good fats, and WATER. My sole reason for being successful is because I surrendered it all to God! So this past year has been a total life transformation for me... Not just my body! Best wishes, my friend! Prayer, determination, and discipline are key! 😘

I cut out carbs almost completely - no pasta, breads, potatoes, starches, chips, crackers, etc. Cut out soda and alcohol. Cut out all sweets except carb-lite or sugar free ones. I was over 400 lbs and mobility was an issue. Couldn't exercise until I lost enough weight. Losing weight is 90% diet and 10% exercise. You can do it! 👍 😁 😘

My body is trying to catch up from losing so much weight so fast. I'm not giving up but trying to at least not gain fat while my muscle mass is catching up.

whisper2238@flvidaloca Why thank you! 😘 Yes, it was difficult but once I made up my mind, and didn't cheat, it got much easier. It's just a way of life. The good part about keto is you can have a lot of protein even if it's high in fat. I try to keep it to a minimum but at least you can treat yourself. So I have grilled chicken, ham, pulled pork, turkey, fish, beef, etc. I replaced chips & crackers with pork rinds. I have protein shakes and bars. You can enjoy cheese in moderation....

whisper2238@flvidaloca Be careful with fruit because most are high in carbs because of the sugar. I had to give up my favorite fruits... Bananas and pineapples because they are the most high in carbs. I limit myself to about 40 net carbs a day and one banana can be 35 carbs alone! Berries are what is suggested for keto... Strawberries, blueberries, cherries, etc.

whisper2238@flvidaloca They make carb lite milk, yogurt, ice cream, and bread which are all good. Eggs are great for keto. They're so much I can still indulge in without guilt. I even found carb lite soft Tortilla shelf which is what I make my sandwiches out of. Salads and raw veggies are good. You can still enjoy dressing. Best thing to do is use a carb manager app to monitor your intake each day. If you indulge, that's fine, just put it in the app and plan the rest of your daily meals around that.

moshi1972Ya just gotta check those ketones constantly. Some veges are high in carbs and sugars, like tomatoes and corn. Somethings u think are good in this lifestyle cause they are “natural” u would be surprised at exactly how much sugar they have in them. I still jump on my scale every morning to keep me in check. Since I don’t have to be in ketosis anymore to maintain, but u definitely wanna make sure U are always in the losing stage. If u not cut those carbs until u are again. Moshi

If u have a sweet tooth like me pick up some Atkins bars from Walmart they are in the pharmacy section they aren’t cheap but there good to grab and eat when you’re out. Vinny from jersey shore is keto he put out a cookbook called “the keto guido” some great stuff in there but again you have to look at serving sizes

moshi1972Get a kitchen scale so you can weigh stuff out. Again I can’t stress this the importance of this check ur ketones constantly. I would check them every time I had to pee and if they weren’t high enough then I would take a look at my carbs again make sure for my body I was under 12. Most people don’t need to be that low I just had to, but don’t get lazy about it. Sure I hit plateaus but you just stick it out and u will break thru them. Moshi

whisper2238@moshi1972 Yeah I've gotten pretty lazy. Was doing good so treated myself with carb smart ice cream. Gotta cut that out. I don't eat corn at all but I do eat tomatoes - I try to limit them though. I was checking my ketones but I need to get back in the habit. But for your 12, what did you eat in a day's time? Were those net carbs or total carbs?

moshi1972That was net carbs. I was eating mostly meat. I make my own beef jerky cause I’m allergic to nitrates in the store kind. I think I was eating one or two Atkins bars a day. I make my own sugar free coffee drinks that are mostly water with 1/2 cup of concintrated coffee and a 1/2 tablespoon of heavy cream and sugar free syrup. So those are carb free. Don’t trust those gimmicks like ice cream and stuff only thing I trust is Atkins bars and low carb shakes and u have to read labels

moshi1972Do not eat anything low fat either they add sugar to make it taste better. Do not eat margerine it is full of bad chemicals use full fat butter. Eat only full fat everything. Take a very good vitamin I take rainbow light prenatal vitamins you can get them on eBay I usually buy a 2 pack. Get back on it and don’t be lazy, if u go back to eating carbs u will gain all ur hard work back. Check those carbs on ur tomatoes, they are actually a fruit and u know what that means SUGAR!!!

whisper2238@moshi1972 On my way. I'm doing about 20 net carbs. Trying to get lower. My problem is I'm building a lot of muscle right now. It's making me gain weight. I'm doing a lot of swimming. But I'm eating very little. Mainly shakes, bars, and pork rinds.

moshi1972Watch the sugars in peanut butter. Natural kind is much better. Snickers makes a good natural kind. Peanut butter like jiff etc.. has a lot of added sugars. Remember to read serving sizes. I think peanut butter is 2 tablespoons. Moshi

moshi1972Also check the sugar in shakes. Just because it says protein shakes it could have a lot of carbs. A good one is slim fast keto or keto science. You can get both at Walmart buy the Atkins bars. A good carb tracker app is the Atkins one, I used that all the time, just enter ur food and it counts everything for u, it was a huge help. Moshi

whisper2238@moshi1972 I drink the Walmart brand of the premier shakes... Only two net carbs. I have been using carb manager for over a year on my phone. It's a good one too. The best tasting, lowest carb bars I've found are called Power Crunch. So I eat those. I gave all my raw veggies from the garden to my neighbor yesterday.

moshi1972I like the Atkins peanut butter wafer bars and the white chocolate macadamia nut bars. I hope u don’t mind me trying to help u through ur journey. What is ur target weight goal. Mine was 145 I’m at 144 today and I can wear a size 6-8 which was about my high school size and my normal size. The yr before I just wasn’t watching what I was eating and got up to 205. I hated it. But I love keto so much I just switched 100%. It’s really easy for me. Moshi
