@theresarandles Sorry for the delay in getting back to you! The heel is about 7 cm and I measured the width but I’m sure they will stretch a bit and it was 14 cm.

@theresarandles I also added two pictures to maybe help you decide, one is if your leg were the size of a pink water bottle and what my not slender arm looks like in them :) Hopefully that helps!
