The purse was purchased at a Coach store in Canada. The zipper was damaged, so I went back to the store to have it repaired. I was advised that there is no repair centre in Canada and that the purse would need to be sent to New Jersey for repair. Since I was told that using a private repair service would be faster, I decided to do that instead. The zipper was replaced by a professional repair service, and there is no visible difference in the purse. The only change is the zipper slider, which had to be replaced because the original was damaged. I would also like to clarify that the purse is authentic and was originally purchased from Coach in Canada. Thank you
