Collusion Reversible Cropped Puffer Jacket

Bought from asos only worn a couple times! has pockets on both sides. The shiny side came crinkled and im not sure how to fix that. Looks like theres some minor damage/defects on the fabric side not sure how it got there (pictured) I think its an S but it fits smaller
