Columbia jacket in black. I believe it’s water resistant. It’s thin, so good for hiking and layering. I only wore it once as it’s too small, so basically brand new! Features: - Hood that comes out - Elastic on the bottom hem - Elastic around the hood - Velcro on sleeves to adjust width
