Crinoline - Adult OS

Great used condition. Several layers and fans out so nicely - see pictures. The waist was an elastic but not much elastic left so might have to replace or put a safety pin in to cinch around your waist - as an alternative you could add a piece of velcro for the waist but I didn't want to cut into it since the size might be different for what you need. Size - see pictures for measurements but this is supposed to be one size fits all. Can be used for dance performance or for that special outfit that needs the effect of a crinoline. Non smoking home.
