This beautiful dress looks like a two piece. The wide collar, sequence belt and shimmery material can take you to any special occasion. I wore this as the mother to the bride and had raving compliments! Only worn once.
There aren’t pleats it just is hanging that way and when on the belt fits snug around the waist.
