tag says medium but it is a small size dress. slip on. it has pink, blue and beige zig zag shapes on it. pit to pit is about 15 inches but it stretches up to 17 inches. shoulder to hem is about 33 inches waist is about 14 inches but it will stretch up to 2 inches.
