ERDEM Vacation Argave dress Size is ENGLISH 16 Size is AMERICAN 12 BRAND NEW AND NEVER WORN OR TRIED ON. Meant to be worn off the shoulder, but pinned to a bra for photos. It does have a brakeeper on each side so could be worn with the sleeves higher up. Cotton and poplin mix. Fully lined. Wear with or without the belt. The sleeves look like a cape from the back and are regular elbow-length sleeves from the front. The bust will fit a 38 to a 44 There is no definitive waistline unless belted so it will fit ANY size.
