Embroidered Tunic/Dress

White cotton dress/tunic - has two small slits on the side - beautiful embroidery on front and around neckline. NWT - no tags at all, material or size - is a handmade item, embroidery looks to be hand done. Material seems to be cotton or cotton blend. For size, I would say small to medium, exact measurements: 17" chest 32" length 4" slide slits on each side
