1clickdiva@michellegare387 Hi If you pull the chain strap all the way through to make it a single strap (instead of a double) it becomes a crossbody. The chain from the purse to the shoulder is 19.5 inches. It works as a crossbody for me but I am small- best to measure it would work for you,
