This is a 2-stage ceramic sharpener made by Firestone.
The black handle measures 7-3/4 inches long and 2-3/4 inches wide with a hole in the bottom for hanging it up.
It has been used and shows it with some abrasions on the handle and the ceramic wheels.
I have included the chestnut sharpener for free.
