momdq @misterdressup Well, almost. Add another 15 lbs right above the belt buckle, and there you'd have it: the 'problem'. Where to sash it? Hmmm... above, like a pregnant woman's 'princess line maternity wear'? (Leading to tent-like gaping below.) Or below? (Which brings the gaping to anywhere north of the sash.) So any robe I get him needs to have LOTS of volume to be able to wrap it inside first, then outside overtop.

misterdressup @momdq Ahh, I know that problem as well as I love perogies and beer and cheese. I'll check out the housecoat's maximum circumference tonight!

momdq @misterdressup Ah yes... the perogies. His mother served them fried in bacon fat then drenched with butter and dolloped with sour cream. (This was the generation of women that ironed bedsheets and socks and underwear. Jeans too, if you didn't stop them first.) A miracle he doesn't have heart disease!

misterdressup @momdq Oh my, flashbacks to my Ukrainian roommate who fried bacon and onions, then added a liter of heavy cream and reduced it to make the perogy sauce. Likely took off a few years of my life, but worth it! 😜 So, measured the housecoat and it's more than 72 inches--like I could fit two of me in it. Are you interested?
