Fleece lined jeans

Blue denim jeans lined with orange fleece. Size tag says 28", but fits much smaller. Waist measures 13" across. Rise is 10". Inseam is about 28". The legs are slightly tapered to be narrower at the bottom. They look straight in the photo.
