Flower print button-up blouse

NWOT! This beige and black blouse is slightly sheer, and has some volume at the shoulders. It has buttons on the cuffs to allow you to roll up the sleeves. Size small, but it has a loose cut and so it could also fit a medium. Never worn! I am open to offers, as long as they are reasonable.
