Flowy cardigan/sweater

Black/dark grey cardigan sweater with ruffled material on the front and on the bottom of the back. Has two silver clasps shown in pics. Good condition. Noted a small hole by the right shoulder but is covered with the ruffled material. Material is thinner but heavier with the ruffled material.
