Framed Acronius Longmanus Insect Display

Unique framed display featuring a real Acronius Longmanus male insect in a shadowbox measuring 8"x6". This beetle is known as the Harlequin beetle. Males are smaller than females which can be 4 times the size, although males have extended forearms. Interesting fact, there is a peptide found in this beetle (Alo-3) which could provide treatment for life threatening infections for hospital aquired infections. This would be a great addition for collectors and nature enthusiasts. Brown wooden frame adds a rustic touch.
