With the added bonus of creating a beautiful portrait collar when not in use. ✓ Full length bell sleeve also adjustable drawstring tension cord at wrist. ✓ Smaller quilt pattern ensures even placement of down. ✓ Side front slash pockets. ✓ Center front two way zip + snap closure. Small sizing. Shoulder width 15/16" Flat closed bust 19.5" Flat closed waist 19.5" Flat closed hip 21.5" Sleeve length 25.5" Bicep circumference 14" Coat length 46.5" My own measurements 35-30-40. While it fits, my preference would be for it to fit a little looser. New with no wear or flaws.
