The perfect summer dress. Navy blue, light weight and breezy, smocked elastic waist, POCKETS, mid calf length. The perfect dress for summer with a lovely back detail (can even be worn backwards) can dress up or down for any summer event or throw a t-shirt under it for fall. V small mark on front as shown in pictures but can’t see when wearing. Marked size 6 but model usually wears 8/10- height is 5’9)
