@rakheenazir smoke free home but we do have a dog and did have a cat. The bag was always stored in a cabinet and I believe I only used the bag once so it didn’t really have any contact with the pets. I don’t know for sure if it’s silk (there is mo label) but it feels like silk. The interior is likely polyester. There is a shorter strap inside bag. I also have asthma and am sensitive to smells. There is no scent on this bag.
