Handmade Ribbon Skirt

Unique handmade cotton, vintage skirt with ribbons, pleated appliqué work, with hand weaving at the bottom. A striking high waistband with yellow, white, black and red stripes. Hook closure and back zipper. Super flattering pattern. Rich dark black base and vibrant, multicoloured horizontal colour bands (white, green, red, yellow) with multi-lined bottom. Gently pleated at the upper hips, opening into a comfortable, flowy midi-to-maxi length. Good vintage condition overall but small fraying at the bottom (please review all photos carefully).
