danikim52@cynthial0102 hi, thanks for reaching out. The top nozzle to hold the curling iron is missing so the top part turns when you hold it. I’m going to try and glue it to see if I prevent it from twisting. I hope that makes sense.

msxcynthia@danikim52 interesting. I wasn't aware of that. I apologize for the inconvenience. I haven't used the curler since I bought it 1 year ago due to the size of the wand. The curls are too small for me so this is why I dont want to use it.
