@rerak_clothing The reason I asked about your state is because, once I ship the item the shipping label is not available for me anymore and I wanted to confirm the state w/you. The USPS employee said that the package was not in TX anymore. I did show him the notification we received. He stated that it’s in transit, but it’s been a whole week. Not sure what else to do right now. I’ll keep checking on this. I’m very sorry about this whole experience. ❤️
