mgchartreHi, I had read that the jeans were 25. I made a mistake. Can I cancel my order please? Thanks, Marie

May 02Reply

sooper_cooper@mgchartre of course you can! You can do it on your end. You just tap go to your purchases, select this one, then “Cancel Order” or “Accidental Purchase.”

May 02Reply

mgchartre@sooper_cooper I tried, but it says this: Accidental purchases can be cancelled within three hours of purchase. However, orders placed using "Make an Offer" and shipped orders can not be cancelled. All cancellations are subject to Poshmark approval. I will wait for news from Poshmark. Thanks for your understanding

May 03Reply

sooper_cooper@mgchartre I am so sorry I didn’t realize that you couldn’t cancel an order that way, but I discovered that I can! So I cancelled it for you. Sorry for the confusion on my part!

May 03Reply
